Model SBL-7531142240-1010-S1 is a W band low noise amplifier covering entire W-band from 75 to 110 GHz .  The amplifier exhibits more than 20 dB small signal gain with ± 1.5 dB gain flatness and around 4.0 dB noise figure.

The output P-1 dB of the amplifier is around 0 dBm typical and it draws 30 mA current from a single DC power supply in the range of +5 to +12 volts. The low noise amplifier is equipped with WR-10 waveguide and UG387/U-M standard flange.
