Richardson RFPD Inc. announces immediate availability and full design support capabilities for a select groupof new low-cost products for wireless infrastructure and Aerospace & Defense (A&D) applications from Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (Skyworks).
Featured devices include low noise amplifiers (LNAs) with ultra-low noise figures of 0.23 dB (@ 849 MHz) and 0.35 dB (@ 1850 MHz), with up to 38 dB gain, as well as power amplifiers (PAs) offering 2 W P1 dB and +25 dBm linear Pout, and switches handling up to 150 W input power.
