LadyBug Technologies announced the appointment of Orwill Hawkins as the company’s Vice President of Marketing. In his new position Hawkins will hold responsibility for all of LadyBug’s marketing and business development strategies worldwide.

Along with VP Sales Paul Schmitz, I look forward to working with our customers, distributors and sales organization to build a solid marketing platform for LadyBug’s next generation of advanced power sensors for tomorrow’s demanding applications,” said Hawkins.

Marketing, Management Experience

Hawkins brings over three decades of management, marketing, engineering and manufacturing experience to his new position. In addition to his LadyBug duties he has served for 25 years as a president of Inter-Pac Inc. and as a consultant for various manufacturing and engineering challenges.

Hawkins has extensive hands-on design and manufacturing experience in the RF, analog and digital fields. Among the many products he has designed and marketed are a self-contained RF field disturbance burglar alarm system, a sailboat speedometer, and various robotic servo systems. Additional inventions include a prototype oscilloscope, a CNC cutting system and various other analog, digital and RF projects. He holds an electrical engineering degree from DeVry University.
