Richardson RFPD Inc. announced the launch of the TriQuint GaN Tech Hub, a micro-website featuring the latest news on gallium nitride (GaN) innovations and product releases from TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. (TriQuint).
The Tech Hub is a collaborative effort by the two companies, creating a one-stop-shop and resource for TriQuint GaN products. In addition to product information, including datasheets and online purchasing options, the site offers visitors the opportunity to read and respond to comments from TriQuint and Richardson RFPD, ask questions, and communicate with each other about GaN product design challenges.
