A new version of the LINC2 Visual System Architect (VSA) system simulation software has recently been released by Applied Computational Sciences (ACS). Version 1.12 adds new system components and behavioral models to the VSA’s components menu. A new mixer model derived from actual measured mixer performance parameters is now part of the list of available components, bringing the number of unique VSA nonlinear mixer library models to four. This new version of the LINC2 VSA also offers advanced spectrum analysis of nonlinear simulations, including simultaneous plots of accumulated spectra from multiple simulations.
The Visual System Architect offers the flexibility and ease of use of schematic-based system simulation combined with a comprehensive array of analysis methods and graphic displays for designing at the system level.
