Surface Mount Limiter Diodes
Skyworks Solutions, Inc. has introduced two low capacitance silicon PIN limiter diodes in a low thermal resistance package. These general market diodes provide excellent heat dissipation, power handling and high isolation for high frequency performance.
These devices are shunt connected PIN diodes for high power limiter applications ranging from 10 MHz to over 6 GHz and are ideal for receiver protection in infrastructure, military and consumer markets.
