SMS3922 / SMS3923 Miniature Diodes
Woburn, MA – Mar. 23, 2011 - Skyworks is pleased to introduce two new miniature 0402 Schottky diodes for handset, WLAN, CATV Satcom, land mobile radio, infrastructure and detector applications.
These small form factor, low profile discrete solutions are available in plastic Surface Mount Technology packages and are ideal for general purpose detector, sampling and mixer circuits. The low capacitance of these general market diodes enables excellent high-frequency performance, while allowing for very good detector sensitivity.
