Dry Photoresist
The WB series of dry photoresist is an attractive alternative for wafer bumping versus liquid resists. This thick, dry photoresist (from 50 to over 100 microns) is applied in one step, with no solvents or drying required. Injection Molded Absorbers and Dielectric Materials
These compounds offer magnetic and dielectric properties that are utilized with injection molding and thermal compression techniques for production of high quantities. High Resistivity Silicon
This HiRes™ is a high purity, high resistivity silicon for microwave and millimeter-wave applications. Wafers made from it can replace existing RF wafer substrates without compromising important parameters and make “one chip” solutions possible. It is a monocrystalline silicon grown by the Float Zone process with a bulk resistivity from 8000 Ω-cm to 30,000 Ω-cm. This silicon is available with both p and n-type dopants and has a narrow axial and radial resistivity tolerance to ensure uniform microwave performance.
