Who: Rogers Corporation (NYSE:ROG) will showcase several high performance antenna solutions, including its newly developed RO4500(tm) antenna grade laminates, at Antenna Systems 2007. What: RO4500 laminates were developed for high volume cellular base station infrastructure and WiMAX network antenna markets. These glass reinforced hydrocarbon/ceramic laminates provide the controlled dielectric constant, low loss, passive intermodulation (PIM) response, high thermal conductivity and uniform mechanical properties required by the wireless infrastructure market. Unlike PTFE, RO4500 materials are fully compatible with conventional epoxy/glass (FR4) circuit board processing and do not require special treatment for plated through-hole preparation. This rigid, thermoset laminate can be processed by automated handling systems and scrubbing. Rogers offers other high frequency products that are well-suited for a wide-range of antenna applications, including those found in Bluetooth systems, RFID readers and satellite radio receivers. Information on these products will also be available at the show. When: September 26 through September 27 Where: Rogers Corporation - Booth #11 Antenna Systems 2007, Denver, Colo. Why: As a leading provider of quality, high performance laminates and thin dielectric circuit materials, Rogers Corporation takes pride in its innovation to meet the evolving expectations of the antenna systems industry. With manufacturing locations in the United States, Belgium and China, Rogers supplies proven solutions for a variety of markets.
