It is the month of December, and thoughts naturally turn to the holidays and time off with family and friends. It is also crunch time for 2012 budgeting and strategic planning for next year. At Microwave Journal, we have expanded our portfolio of advertising and marketing opportunities to help you formulate an effective integrated marketing program for the year ahead.

I have written recently about our newest publication, Microwave Journal China, which will debut in January, with distribution to 10,000 design engineers and managers in China. The deadline for our inaugural issue is Friday, December 9th for space reservations, so contact your sales representative to book your ad or for more details.

We are launching a completely re-developed website in January. The new site will contain all of our vast content archives, presented in an easy-to-navigate, contemporary designed format. We will be offering Keyword Search sponsorship, Channel Marketing and new banner advertising opportunities. It will also feature a new Buyer's Guide, integrated social media and an enhanced video platform. Some of the details can be found in the 2012 Media Kit, and your sales rep can answer any specific questions you may have.

Our webinar offerings will expand in 2012, with the additional of several new educational and training series available for sponsorship. Custom webinars remain an effective way to promote your company's expertise while generating quality leads. MWJ provides a powerful promotional package that drives registration and enhances branding.

Our print publications are as strong as they have ever been and remain a great way to get your company's message in front of the RF and microwave engineering community. The January issue will have bonus distribution at the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE) event, as well as DesignCon in Santa Clara, CA. The deadline to book space is December 14th, with new ad material due by the 16th.

Wishing you all a happy and healthy holiday season and I look forward to working with you in the year ahead.

Regards,
