UltraBridge™ is an innovative solution to the inherent problems related to wire bonds and standard air bridges.

UltraCapacitor™ employs the same technology used in UltraBridge. By employing the silicon nitride as the dielectric layer between the upper and lower electrodes, UltraSource is capable of integrating capacitor elements from 2pF to 250pF directly into thin film circuit designs.

UltraInductor™ also employs the same technology used in UltraBridge, but creates convenient center tap spiral inductors directly on the substrate.
