Lockheed Martin awarded commercial Atlas launch contract

 Lockheed Martin Commercial Launch Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Lockheed Martin Corp., has been selected by EchoStar Corp. to provide commercial launch services for the EchoStar XIX communications satellite. Now people spread over thousands of square miles could have access to more secure, reliable communications.
