Eastern OptX, specialists in fiber optic delay lines for RF and microwave test applications, announced the commercial availability of the Series 7000 Multi-Radio Channel Replicator, a multi-radio test system that replicates the propagation path of real-world applications. The Series 7000 is used by the radio communications industry to design, produce, qualify, and verify interoperability of radio systems.

AR Europe is proud to announce its new exclusive distribution agreement with Eastern Optx, a New Jersey based company that designs and manufactures fibre optical delay systems. This new product line includes radar target simulation systems, radio altimeter test sets and channel replicators.

A research team from the Georgia Institute of Technology has developed a novel device – the ultra-compact passive true time delay. This component could help reduce the size, complexity, power requirements and cost of phased array designs, and may have applications in other defense and communication areas as well.
