Due to the growing number of customers in the region, IMST has authorized Petra Microwave Ltd. to provide first line technical support for all customers in North America (US and Canada), while RTS Scientific Inc. will be the sole sales partner for the company’s EDA software tools for the RF and microwave industry, especially for the EM simulator EMPIRE XCcel™.
The agreement came into effect on 1 August and now EMPIRE users will gain from the direct access to local support service capabilities by phone and e-mail. This service is available to all customers having an existing support and maintenance agreement with IMST. Petra Microwave will also provide technical assistance to potential customers interested in evaluating the software.
