Agilent is addressing LTE-Advanced challenges by providing the industry’s first signal generation and analysis tools that enable design engineers to test physical layer implementations with greater insight and greater confidence.

LTE-Advanced Signal Studio Software

Basic LTE-Advanced options (N7624B-JFP, N7625B-JFP) are compliant to the 3GPP Release 10 (December 2010) standard

Carrier Aggregation (CA) signal generation covering deployment scenarios proposed by 3GPP

* Downlink and uplink aggregation
* Carrier aggregation in contiguous bandwidth
* Carrier aggregation in non-contiguous bandwidth

Enhanced uplink:

* Clustered SC-FDMA
* Simultaneous PUCCH and PUSCH signal generation

Updates to Current LTE Signal Studio Software

LTE-Advanced (R10) Enhancements

* Channel State Information Reference Signals (CSI-RS)
* UE-Specific Reference Signals (DM-RS)
* Added support for logic analyzer connectivity

LTE-Advanced 89600B Vector Signal Analysis Software

LTE-Advanced options (89601B-BHH, 89601B-BHG) are compliant to the 3GPP Release 10 (December 2010 standard)

Carrier Aggregation (CA) covering all deployment scenarios proposed by 3GPP

* Downlink and uplink aggregation
* Carrier aggregation in contiguous bandwidth
* Carrier aggregation in non-contiguous bandwidth
* Ability to analyze up to five component carriers (CCs) simultaneously

Enhanced uplink:

*Clustered SC-FDMA
* Simultaneous PUCCH and PUSCH signal analysis
