Version 23.2.2 of the Modelithics MACOM GaN Library introduces models for three MACOM GaN devices for the MACOM MAPC-A1508 and MAPC-A1507 amplifiers, as well as the 7 kW MAPC-A1605 amplifier.

Modelithics, Inc. announced the release of version 23.5.1 of the Modelithics Qorvo GaN Library for use with Keysight Technologies’ PathWave Advanced Design System (ADS) and Cadence AWR Design Environment®. 

Version 21.4.5 of the Modelithics Qorvo GaN Library includes a total of 82 models containing 59 packaged power models, 17 GaN die power transistor products and six small-signal models.
