Keysight Technologies Inc. demonstrated the Advanced Design System (ADS) Electro-Thermal Simulator at the IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS) 2015, Booth 739, Phoenix, May 17-22. The solution provides accurate, temperature aware IC simulation results by using device temperatures that take into account thermal coupling and thermal characteristics of the RFIC/MMIC component packaging.

Southwest Microwave’s SuperMini Board-to-Board DC to 67 GHz RF/millimeter wave blind-mate connectors optimize interconnect performance for board-to-board stacking applications. The compnay also released its new range of high security SMKey 3.7 mm DC to 18 GHz Keyed Coax Connectors, which provide a failsafe mating solution for critical connections between mated connector pairs.

The IEEE MTT-S 2015 International Microwave Symposium (IMS) welcomed a record-breaking 904 booths from 620 exhibitors to the show floor opening Tuesday, May 19 at 9 a.m. as part of IMS2015 May 17-22 at the Phoenix Convention Center. IMS, the annual conference and exhibition of the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S),is the premier international meeting for technologists involved in all aspects of microwave theory and practice. The symposium last visited Phoenix in 2001.
