MECA’s low PIM (-161dBc Typ) reactive splitters for DAS applications, with rugged construction and excellent performance across all wireless bands from 0.698 to 2.700 GHz make them ideal for in-building or tower top systems. Also, the inline configuration makes installations easier without additional connections with a Male input interface. 

Rohde & Schwarz is expanding its oscilloscope portfolio with the R&S RTM3000 and R&S RTA4000 series. Their first-in-class, 10-bit vertical resolution enables power measurements fulfilling the more stringent requirements demanded by advanced electronics. The R&S RTA4000, is ideal for analyzing serial protocols, even offers an acquisition memory depth up to 1 Gsample. The RTM3000 oscilloscope offers bandwidths of 100 MHz, 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz and 1 GHz.

AtlanTecRF has launched a Multiple Frequency Comb Generator, which is designed for use in up to the minute particle physics and material science research. The input signal is amplified to provide power to a comb generator. Frequencies are selected by a switched filter bank. Signal control for AM modulation is provided by way of a voltage variable attenuator and phase shift control through a line stretcher.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a Skyworks, low energy, front end module. The SKY66115-11 is designed for range extension and smart metering applications in the 400 to 510 MHz range. Consisting of a complete T/R chain with a T/R switch contained in the module, the SKY66115-11 module has a shutdown mode to minimize power consumption. 

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for CML Microcircuits’ CMX979 low power, dual RF/IF synthesizer IC. The CMX979’s RF fractional-N synthesizer section, with integrated VCO, takes only 36 to 45 mA to produce a 2.7 to 3.6 GHz output LO signal. The synthesizer's configurable 1/2/4/6/8 frequency divider can shift its output to as low as 338 MHz.

AtlanTecRF has launched a Ka-Band version of its Dual Channel Loop Test Translator for testing and monitoring signals at satellite communication ground stations and teleports. This product features dual channel operation with the ability to introduce different transfer characteristics in each channel.

Cobham Microelectronic Solutions developed a series of frequency synthesizers designed to meet stringent phase noise.  The 1018 synthesizer measures 2.6 x 2.6 x 0.6 inches, weighs just 0.25 lbs., and delivers full frequency coverage from <450 MHz to >18 GHz in 10 MHz steps with <250 us switching speed.

Mini-Circuits’ EPQ-133+ is a wideband 7 to 12.5 GHz, 90° hybrid. It splits an input signal into two output signals with quadrature phase shift between them. It provides low loss, wideband in a small layout size and handles high power with good VSWR. Features include low insertion loss, 0.7 dB typ. at 9 to 10 GHz; good isolation, 19 dB typ. at 9 to 10 GHz; miniature size, 4 x 4 mm and high power.
