PMI Model No. P7T-2G18G-60-T-1W is a single pole, seven throw absorptive switch with phase and amplitude matching of ±6° and ±0.5 dB respectively, relative to J2. This model has also been designed to operate over the 2.0 to 8.0 GHz, frequency range with low in-band video leakage of -65 dBm.   

Model STE-SF612-15-S1 is a high ouput power E-Band X6 frequency extender that uses an input frequency range of 10 to 15 GHz at +5 dBm along with harmonic generation and filtering to produce a 60 to 90 GHz RF signal at +15 dBm. The extender is designed and manufactured as a bench top unit to extend the low frequency synthesizer or sweeper without losing all of the functionalities and features.

The quadrature mixer, commonly known as the I/Q mixer, is configured with two individually balanced mixers and their respective LOs driven from the outputs of a 90-degree hybrid. It is widely used when single sideband (SSB) rejection is required.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a pair of Peregrine Semiconductor, high frequency, silicon on insulator (SOI) switches. The PE42525 and PE426525 are SPDT switches operating from 9 KHz to 60 GHz. Both switches offer fast, 8 nS switching time and high input linearity of 48 dBm IIP3. The PE42525 finds applications in test & measurement. The PE426525 is targeted towards harsh industrial applications. 

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a Skyworks, low energy, front end module. The SKY66115-11 is designed for range extension and smart metering applications in the 400 to 510 MHz range. Consisting of a complete T/R chain with a T/R switch contained in the module, the SKY66115-11 module has a shutdown mode to minimize power consumption. 

Custom MMIC announces three GaAs MMIC mixers for C-, X-, K- and Ka-Band applications. The CMD251C3 fundamental mixer, CMD252C4 I/Q mixer and CMD180 fundamental mixer deliver best-in-class isolation and conversion loss performance with low input power. These new MMIC mixers help increase dynamic range while reducing LO power and subsequent filtering.

PMI Model No. P6T-2G18G-55-R-512-SFF is a high speed, single pole, six throw, reflective switch capable of switching within 15 ns.  The frequency range is 2.0 to 18.0 GHz and has over 55 dB of isolation. This model was designed to produce very low video transients of 15 mV peak to peak and a video transient spectral content of -65 dBm maximum. 

AtlanTecRF launched a range of Ka-band loop test translators (LTT) with ethernet control. The ALR series of ka-band loop test translators address the 27 GHz uplink market and feature synthesised variable frequency local oscillators (LOs) to provide the user with the most versatile and comprehensive operating configurations for translation of uplink (Tx) frequencies to either downlink (Rx) frequencies or to L-Band, and for L-Band to downlink (Rx).

The 2-slot modular chassis (model 60-104) offers a small, lightweight form/factor ideal for portable, benchtop and space restrictive applications. The chassis is designed for desk or rack mounting and features remote control via USB or LXI Ethernet. Remote control over a network enables the switching function of a test system to be located as close as possible to the target equipment. The chassis supports one or two Pickering 3U PXI modules.
 

Analog Devices Inc. announces the LTC7004, a high speed, high side N-channel MOSFET driver that operates up to a 60 V supply voltage. Its internal charge pump fully enhances an external N-channel MOSFET switch, enabling it to remain on indefinitely.
