Microsemi Corp. to acquire Vitesse Semiconductor Corp.

Microsemi Corp. a leading provider of semiconductor solutions differentiated by power, security, reliability and performance, and Vitesse Semiconductor Corp., jointly announced that Microsemi has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Vitesse for $5.28 per share through a cash tender offer, representing a premium of 32 percent based on the average closing price of Vitesse's shares of common stock during the 30 trading days ended March 17, 2015.

Raytheon awarded $122M U.S. Navy contract

Raytheon received a contract modification for $122,443,911 to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-14-C-0075) for the procurement of 114 Tomahawk Block IV All Up Round missiles for the U.S. Navy.
