Capable of bidirectional fixed attenuation, swept attenuation ramps, and fading profiles, the Vaunix LDA-602Q four port programmable attenuator provides up to 120 dB of control range with a 0.1 dB step size from 200 MHz to 6 GHz. Each of four RF ports of this device has a 50 Ohm impedance.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a WiFi BAW filter from Qorvo. The 885136 offers bandedge rejection at 2390 and 2583.5 MHz for WiFi CPE, access points, set top boxes, gateways, smart meters and IoT applications. Featuring LowDrift ^TM  BAW technology, operating temperature is extended from -40 to +95 degrees Celsius allowing outdoor operation with minimal drift. Insertion loss is 0.9 dB (channels 2 to 11) while low band attenuation of unwanted signals is 31 dB and high band attenuation is 24 dB.

PMI Model No. LM-10M2D5G-100CW-1KWP-SFF is a RF limiter that operates in the 10 MHz to 2.5 GHz frequency range.  This limiter can handle 100 W CW and 1 KW peak (1% duty cycle, 1 µs maximum pulse width) input power and provides a maximum leakage of +13 dBm CW input.  This module has a low insertion loss of 0.5 dB and a recovery time of 2 µs typical.

The new LSQ1111A – LSQ2929A series offer a higher current rating (up to 5.7 A), an inductance range of 27 to 500 nH and SRF values as high as 2.6 GHz. Designed primarily for use in RF circuits such as filters, bypassing and/or decoupling signals, these larger coils compliment the already established LSQ0706A –  LSQ0908A series.

PMI Model No. DTA-14G40G-32-CD-2 is a 10 Bit programmable attenuator with step resolution as low as 0.04 dB which provides over 32 dB of attenuation over the frequency range of 14.0 to 40.0 GHz.  This model is offered in a slim line housing measuring 2.0" x 1.8" x 0.5" with 2.92 mm female connectors and operates on a single +15 VDC supply with only 40 mA of current consumption typically.
