ITT Corp.’s Microwave Systems will be on hand to showcase its current technology offerings that include FPGA-based Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) LO synthesizers and its wide-band waveform signal generation and chirp capabilities. ITT’s DDS technology features specifications of 20 nsec switching speed, <-70 dBc spurious, sub-hertz tuning resolution and phase noise of -140 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. This technology yields custom products with < 200 nsec switching speeds, SFDR of 80 dB, and linear and nonlinear FM, AM, PM, QAM and pulsed-RF waveforms in form factors that include VME, VPX and custom connectorized solutions.
