RS Components UK Ltd., distributor of electronic, electrical, electromechanical and industrial components, has signed an agreement with Huber + Suhner to distribute 100 line items from the company’s range of RF connectors and cable assemblies, high performance test leads and antennas.
The products include high frequency 40 to 65 GHz cable assemblies, MMCX connectors, N Type connectors, QMA connectors, SMP, MMBX and MMPX connectors and TNC connectors.
This agreement means that for the first time these products will be available to purchase off-the-shelf and on-line by system and design engineers for next-day delivery.
As a result it will help to reduce design cycle times, with engineers and developers having easy access to a range of high frequency RF interconnects that operate up to 65 GHz.
RS Components aims to capitalize on Huber + Suhner’s recognized expertise in providing effective solutions that can satisfy the most demanding applications. In the defense arena, for example, higher frequency applications are being developed for radar and sensor systems and a combination of high performance, consistency and reliability in harsh service environments is a prerequisite.
