Increasing use of small wireless applications, such as Bluetooth, Wifi, Cellular, Positioning, brings challenges to integrate the antennas with maintained performance. There are several techniques for miniaturization of antennas with pros and cons. This paper presents how the PIFA technology can combine small size with good performance and frequency stability.
