Wide Bandwidth IQ Mixers
RFMW announced design and sales support for wide band mixers from Marki Microwave. The new MMIQ-1040 IQ mixers provide exceptional sideband suppression and L-to-R isolation over an RF/LO bandwidth of 10 to 40 GHz, while offering high linearity performance. With an IF bandwidth covering DC to 10 GHz, this IQ mixer combines with the latest ADCs and DACs to enable processing of ultrawide instantaneous bandwidths for EW, radar, SATCOM, and 5G. MMIQ-1040LSM-2 operates with a low +10 dBm LO drive level, whereas the high linearity MMIQ-1040HSM-2 requires a nominal +20 dBm LO signal to provide +26 dBm IIP3. Both are offered in 4 x 4 mm QFN packages.
