RFMW announces design and sales support for a high frequency power amplifier from Qorvo. The Qorvo QPA2210D offers 2.5 W of linear power at 25 dBc IMD3 with small signal gain of 25 dB.
This linear power and high gain are ideal for Ka-Band satellite communication systems operating within 27 to 31 GHz as well as mmWave 5G infrastructure radios.
The QPA2210D has a saturated output power of 7 W. Drawing 200 mA from a 20 V supply, this PA is offered in a 2.74 x 1.432 mm DIE.
