Atlanta Micro announces a product release of two new 6.0 to 26.5 GHz gain blocks, part numbers AM1074 and AM1075. AM1074 provides 20 dB of gain and can produce +18 dBm of output power with a single +3.3V supply, useful for many LO driver applications. AM1074 exhibits low noise figure and high third order intercept performance over the -40C to +85C temperature range and is packaged in a 3mm QFN.
AM1075 is a bypassable version of AM1074, provides 18 dB of gain and can produce +15 dBm of output power. With internal 50Ω matching and packaged in a 4mm QFN, AM1075 represents a dramatic size reduction over a discrete implementation of a bypassable amplifier.
