W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc. (Gore) has recently upgraded its site manufacturing infrastructure in New Garden, Pa., significantly reducing product delivery time to OEMs and end users. GORE® Ethernet Cables, sizes 24 and 26 AWG and GORE® Shielded Twisted Pair Cables, sizes 20 AWG to 30 AWG are now available with short lead times and no minimum order quantities.
Quick Turnaround Time
From the date of the request, Gore and WireMasters, an authorized distributor, can ship samples within two business days; prototype quantities within five business days; and small production quantities within four weeks. As a result, OEMs can validate and support low-rate production using Gore’s standard products in their specific applications with lower technical and business risks to their programs. Also, selected samples of Gore’s other popular high-speed data cable such has Simplex fiber optics, USB, HDMI can be shipped within two business days from the date of the request.
