RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo TQL9062, an internally matched, LNA gain block suitable for applications spanning 0.5 to 6 GHz.

The TQL9062 features a ‘shutdown’ mode requiring 1.8 V TTL logic and supporting both TDD and FDD systems such as repeaters, DAS, defense communications and infrastructure applications where efficiency and range are important. Noise Figure is noted as 1.5 dB while mid-band gain is 15.5 dB and OIP3 is >40 dBm.

The Qorvo TQL9062 is offered in a tiny, 2 x 2 mm SMT package.
