RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the TriQuint TGA2621-SM, a multi-stage GaAs power amplifier for Radar and SatCom applications. The TGA2621-SM offers saturated output power of >30 dBm with a small signal gain of over 24 dB.

Used as a final stage or driver for higher power amplifiers, the TriQuint TGA2621-SM draws 500 mA from a 6 V supply and offers >23% PAE. Operating over the 16 to 18.5 GHz bandwidth, the TGA2621-SM is offered in a 5 x 5 mm surface mount package.
