New 4124 to 4238 MHz VCO from Crystek Corp.

Crystek's CVCO55CC-4124-4238 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 4124 to 4238 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.1 to16V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -106 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +5 dBm.

Engineered and manufactured in the U.S., the model CVCO55CC-4124-4238 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5" x 0.5" SMD package. Input voltage is 8 V, with a max. current consumption of 30 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 2.5 MHz and 1 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical.
