RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a band 25 duplexer from TriQuint. The TQM963001 is a high-performance Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) duplexer designed to meet the strict CDMA requirements in the PCS extension band BC14 and provide excellent insertion loss (typically 1.8 dB), cross isolation and linearity for LTE B25. Downlink isolation of 50 dB minimum & GPS rejection of >40 dB eliminate the need for a transmit filter. The TriQuint TQM963001 has single-Ended (SE), 50 Ohm downlink & uplink ports for ease of design. Excellent triple beat performance of -88 dBc typifies TriQuint BAW filters as does guaranteed performance over a temperature range of -30 to +85C. The TQM963001 comes in a 2.6 x 2.1mm SMT package.
