RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support forthe TQC9305, a 0.7 to 3.6GHz Digitally controlled,Variable Gain Amplifier (DVGA) from TriQuint. The TQC9305 features a shutdown pin function for TDD applications and offers 40dBm OIP3 for linear operation. The integrated attenuator has 31dB range in 1dB steps. The TQC9305 comes internally matched, eliminating the need for external matching components. Suited for both TDD and FDD systems, the TQC9305 is used in tower mounted amplifiers, repeaters, small cells and defense related communication systems. This TriQuint DVGA operates on a 5V supply drawing 130mA and comes in a 5x5mm MSL3 package.
