6 - 18 GHz, 8-bit, 360° Phase Shifter/Frequency Translator
The model 7928 hermetically sealed, 0 to 360° PIN diode phase shifter covers the frequency range from 6 to 18 GHz. As a phase shifter, the unit's accuracy is better than 12°. As a frequency translator, carrier suppression exceeds 25 dB and sideband suppression exceeds 20 dB. Switching speed is < 500 ns. The unit is an integrated assembly of an RF vector modulator and a driver circuit. Improved phase accuracy and PM/AM performance are achieved by using double-balanced biphase linear amplitude modulators.

2800 - 5300 MHz Microwave Mixers
The model SKY-53R microwave mixers feature wideband 2800 to 5300 MHz frequency coverage and IF response from DC to 500 MHz (usable to 2200 MHz). Typical isolation is 28 dB (L-R) and 12 dB (L-I) with 11 dBm (typ) IP3. Conversion loss is only 5.7 dB (typ) midband. A key advantage is the small package with a low profile height of only 0.10", which allows for greater board density and surface-mount design efficiency while solder-plated J leads reduce thermal stress and leaching significantly. A five-year Ultra-Rel" guarantee is included in the unit price of $14.95 (1–9). Tape-and-reel packaging is available.
