RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the SKY13392-359LF, SP4T switch with >50dB isolation. Coupled with low insertion loss, < 1dB, this switch is ideal for military communications, test and measurement, and cellular infrastructure applications requiring feedback, channel, and filter bank switching. The SKY13392-359LF covers frequency bands from 20MHz to 4GHz and is capable of operation at 6GHz with slightly degraded performance. This cost effective switch has an integrated decoder and offers fast switching speed of 20ns. Internal 50 ohm terminations are capable of handling 1W P1dB. The SKY13392-359LF operates from a wide supply voltage of 3 to 5V and comes in a 4x4 QFN package.
