The HMC718LP4E and HMC719LP4E are GaAs pHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifiers which are rated from 0.6 to 1.4 GHz, and 1.3 to 2.9 GHz respectively. These high linearity LNAs deliver up to 34 dB gain and +39 dBm output IP3, with noise figure as low as 0.9 dB. Both LNAs exhibit excellent input and output return losses, and require minimal external matching and bias decoupling components.

The HMC718LP4E and HMC719LP4E share a common pinout and are housed in RoHS compliant 4x4 mm QFN SMT packages. These versatile LNAs can operate from either a +3V or +5V bias supply, and feature an externally adjustable supply current which allows the designer to tailor the linearity performance of the LNA for each application. The HMC718LP4E and HMC719LP4E are ideal for transceiver applications in automotive, Cellular/3G, WiMAX/4G and other broadband wireless communications infrastructure.
