National Instruments announced the promotion of Eric Starkloff to senior vice president of marketing. Starkloff leads the organizations responsible for strategic planning, positioning the company’s innovative hardware and software platforms, marketing NI’s products and corporate brand, and creating an effective eBusiness platform.
Crane Co., a diversified manufacturer of highly engineered industrial products,announced that Eric C. Fast, chief executive officer, will retire from Crane Co. in January 2014. Fast joined Crane in 1999 as president and chief operating officer and was promoted to chief executive officer in January 2001. He will be succeeded by Max H. Mitchell, currently president and chief operating officer.
