Keysight Technologies Inc. announced that it has completed the acquisition of Anite. Keysight paid approximately $600 million in cash for Anite – a leading supplier of software solutions for wireless research and development – in a deal that supports Keysight's strategy to grow in wireless and expand its software offerings.

Anite, a global leader in wireless equipment testing technology, announced that it has joined the 5G Innovation Centre at the University of Surrey (“5GIC”), the largest UK academic research centre dedicated to the development of the next generation of mobile and wireless communications.
