M/A-COM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. (MACOM), a leading supplier of high-performance RF, microwave, millimeterwave and photonic products, today announced that it has successfully completed its previously announced acquisition of BinOptics Corp., a leading merchant provider of Indium Phosphide lasers for data centers, mobile backhaul, silicon photonics and access networks, in an all-cash transaction valued at $230 million.

Murata Electronics North America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Peregrine Semiconductor Corp., founder of RF silicon on insulator (SOI) and pioneer of advanced RF solutions, announced that Murata has acquired all outstanding shares of Peregrine. The cash transaction paid the holders of Peregrine common shares $12.50 per share.

Murata Electronics North America, Inc. and Peregrine Semiconductor Corp. announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Murata will acquire all outstanding shares of Peregrine not owned by Murata, for $12.50 per share in cash, or a total transaction value of $471 million.
