RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for high power switches from RFuW Engineering. Three SP2T switches are available in the MSW2T-203X-192 series: MSW2T-2030-192 operates from 50 MHz to 1 GHz; MSW2T-2031-192 operates from 400 MHz to 4 GHz, and MSW2T-2032-192 operates from 2 GHz to 6 GHz.

These surface mount PIN Diode switches leverage high reliability hybrid manufacturing processes with proven superior performance over both MMIC and Glass Carrier based technologies. Average power handling is 100 W CW and up to 550 W peak power for applications in Radar T/R Modules, Switch Bank Filters and Mil-Com Radios. Insertion loss is <0.3 dB in the low band with typical IIP3 of 65 dBm across the series. Typical switching speed is 750 nS.
