MILMEGA expands servicing network in U.S. and Sweden
Teseq USA & Sweden Service Centres are now fully trained MILMEGA Global Support Networks. In support of what is claimed to be the only five-year, fully expensed warranty in the industry, an additional member of the Teseq USA Service & Support team has completed the MILMEGA three-day service training course. In addition to this, Ageto MTT from Sweden has also been fully trained.
Held at MILMEGA on the Isle of Wight, the training course covered all aspects of servicing and maintenance of the company’s amplifiers. Servicing of products sold into the USA and Canada take place at the Teseq Inc. Service Centre in Edison NJ, with Ageto MTT providing product support in Sweden from their premises in Taby.
The company says its fully expensed warranty means MILMEGA bears all the costs associated with a warranty repair, including labour, components and both-way transport costs (packaging, shipping, insurance). So the cost of ownership of the Series 2000 amplifier, over the five-year warranty period, is predetermined as zero.
