Teledyne e2v HiRel Electronics announced a new high reliability partnership with California-based Integra Technologies, Inc. Under the new agreement, Teledyne will leverage Integra’s portfolio of GaN on SiC RF power transistor products to deliver optimized power solutions for the space market.

Thales Alenia Space was chosen by TeamIndus, a finalist in Google's Lunar XPRIZE competition, to provide the integrated S-Band transponder on board TeamIndus' lunar landing spacecraft system. The transponder will transmit video and images from the moon.
Imec announced that 200 mm GaN on Si e-mode power devices showed no degradation after heavy ion and neutron irradiation, testing performed in collaboration with Thales Alenia Space. Imec's e-mode devices have a pGaN gate architecture.
