The model HMC 588LC4B is a wideband HBT MMIC voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) that operates in a frequency range from 8 to 12.5 GHz. This VCO incorporates the resonator, negative resistance device and varactor diode. This fully integrated MMIC VCO provides an output tuning range of 8 to 12.5 GHz, high output power of +5 dBm and low SSB phase noise of –93 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset.
