Voltage-controlled Oscillator

The model HMC 588LC4B is a wideband HBT MMIC voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) that operates in a frequency range from 8 to 12.5 GHz. This VCO incorporates the resonator, negative resistance device and varactor diode. This fully integrated MMIC VCO provides an output tuning range of 8 to 12.5 GHz, high output power of +5 dBm and low SSB phase noise of –93 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset. This VCO is ideal for industrial/medical test and measurement equipment, military communications, electronic warfare and electronic countermeasures applications.

DPDT Switch

The model MASWSS 0184 is an RoHS-compliant DPDT switch that maximizes system linearity performance while reducing DC power consumption. This high power switch is designed for 802.16 (WiMAX) and MESH network applications that require high power handling at P1dB of 40 dBm, low typical insertion loss of 1 dB and a high isolation of 30 dB.
