RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a low power, highly integrated, IQ modulator with integrated fractional-N synthesizer and voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). The Qorvo RFMD2080 can generate output frequencies of between 45 and 2700 MHz, making it suitable for a wide range of applications such as satellite communications, QPSK/QAM modulators, SSB modulators and software defined radios (SDR).

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a voltage variable attenuator (VVA) for instrumentation, radar, communications and EW platforms in the 2 to 31 GHz frequency range. The Qorvo TGL2767-SM features a 20 dB attenuation range with < 2 dB of insertion loss. I/O return loss is >12 dB. The TGL2767-SM is available in a 3 x 3 mm SMT package or in DIE form as the TGL2767.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for body worn antennas from Southwest Antennas. 1065-031 is a RHCP antenna while 1065-032 offers LHCP. Developed to offer high performance, rugged antenna options, the antenna radome housing is resistant to damage from drops and other potential abuse. Both 1065-031 and 1065-032 antennas are designed for use with handheld or body worn MIMO / MANET radio systems operating from 1350 to 1390 MHz.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high linearity MMIC power doubler designed to support DOCSIS 3.1 CATV requirements. The Skyworks ACA1216 offers 27.5 dB typical gain at the upper end of its 50 to 1218 MHz frequency range. Ideal for hybrid fiber coax (HFC) equipment including line extenders, nodes, system amplifiers and headend equipment, the ACA1216 operates using 12 V and 725 mA.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Skyworks Solutions SKY65903-11, front-end module (FEM) featuring a low-noise amplifier and integrated pre- and post- filters for GPS receiver applications.  The SKY65903-11 features in-band IIP3 of -7.3 dBm, small signal gain of 14.2 dB and noise figure of 1.7 dB for improved signal-to-noise ratio.  Integrated pre- and post-filters provide low in-band insertion loss and excellent rejection (76 dBc at 2.4 GHz.)

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a driver amplifier designed to support HPA implementation from 13 to 18 GHz and providing 2 W of saturated output power. The Qorvo TGA2958-SM is compatible with GaN HPA bias conditions allowing it to run from the same supply as the high-power amplifier. The TGA2958-SM, 3-stage driver, has a small signal gain of >25 dB yet draws only 70 mA of CW bias.

Focusing on sub-1 GHz products such as ISM band “Smart” meters (433/868/915 MHz), SANAV supports water, gas and electrical meters with a variety of antenna options. SANAV offers standardized antennas as well as customer specific designs based on frequency, available size, materials, etc.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high linearity amplifier from Amplifier Solutions Corporation (ASC). The ASC ASC520 provides a minimum of 33 dBm output power from 20 to 1200 MHz. Typical RF output power is 37 dBm to 550 MHz and 35 dBm from 550 to 860 MHz. Associated power gain is an extremely flat 22 dB. IP3, measured with 2 tones at +15 dBm/tone, is 52 dBm.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a surface mount GaN power amplifier from Qorvo. The Qorvo TGA2830-SM offers 18 W of saturated output power from 2.7 to 3.5 GHz. Small signal gain is >30.5 dB and input return loss is rated at >11 dB. The TGA2830-SM draws 225 mA from a 20 to 32 V bias supply with >54% power added efficiency (PAE).
