The SKY16601-555LF is a low threshold/insertion loss/distortion module in a surface-mount package meant for use as a passive receiver protector in wireless or other RF systems for frequencies up to 6 GHz.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Skyworks SKY16601-555LF PIN diode limiter module covering the frequency range of 0.5 to 6.0 GHz. The SKY16601-555LF addresses a growing need for receiver low noise amplifier (LNA) protection in microwave applications. It is a fully integrated PIN diode, low-threshold limiter module in a 2.5 x 2.5 mm SMT package.

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support fora new, wideband hybrid coupler from EMC Technology. The WH0530TF offers 100 W CW power handling from 500 to 3400 MHz. With an operating temperature range of -55 to +85 degrees C, amplitude balance is held to +/- 0.9 dB max while phase balance is held to +/- 3 degrees.

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for two BAW filters targeting applications where 2.4 GHz WLAN, Bluetooth and Wi-FI products must coexist with 4G LTE and TD-LTE signals. TriQuint’s 885062 and 885071 coexistence filters offer high rejection in adjacent LTE bands yet come in an industry-leading small package measuring 1.4x1.2x0.46 mm.

Narda Microwave-East, an L-3 Communications company, announced the expansion of its attenuator product line that features nine new variable attenuator models. Included in the variable attenuator product line are: miniature, broadband and high power units. These units feature low minimum insertion loss, small size and an adjustable attenuation range of up to 30 dB. Additionally, they can be deployed in operational temperatures up to 105°C.
