RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a voltage variable attenuator (VVA) for instrumentation, radar, communications and EW platforms in the 2 to 25 GHz frequency range. The Qorvo TGL2767 features a 20 dB attenuation range with < 2 dB of insertion loss. I/O return loss is >12 dB. The TGL2767 is available in DIE form and packaged (TGL2767-SM).

Custom MMIC is pleased to announce a GaAs MMIC frequency doubler, the CMD225C3. The released CMD225C3 operates with an input frequency range of 4 to 8 GHz. This passive frequency doubler can be driven with a +15 dBm input signal with a low conversion loss of 13 dB, and excellent Fo and 3 Fo isolations of at least 47 dBc. THe CMD225C3 is a 50 ohm matched design to eliminate the need for RF port matching.

PPI is offering traditional NP0, Hi-Q / low ESR 0505C, 1111C, 2225C and 3838C multilayer ceramic series capacitors with an increased temperature and life test performance. They are now qualified to 200°C, under 2 x WVDC, for 2000 hours. The 6040C, 7676C and the 1313C (UHF/RF Hi-Q) ceramic capacitors are now qualified to 175°C.

Richardson RFPD Inc. announced the availability and full design support capabilities for a new bi-directional surface-mount coupler from Innovative Power Products, Inc. The IPP-8036 is one of the featured surface-mount products from IPP’s full line of dual directional couplers. It is a 300 W, 50 dB dual directional coupler that operates from 20 MHz to 1000 MHz.

Passive Plus Inc. has developed a series of broadband capacitors available in 4 different case sizes; 01005BB, 0201BB, 0402BB, and the 0603BB. Values available are 10nF (103) and 100nF (104). These capacitors are intended primarily for coupling RF signals or, occasionally, for bypassing them to ground, while blocking DC. The applications for which they are intended require small, surface-mountable devices that provide low RF impedances.
