The main features of the series are its High Q above 10,000, low ESR, high operating voltage, high operating current, and high reliability. All parts are non-magnetic, NPO, conforming to MIL-PRF-55681, and come in multiple lead configurations and are tested to PPI’s standard specifications plus 100 hour burn-in, 100% sonoscan, and 100% partial discharge testing.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Peregrine Semiconductor’s PE4314, a 75 ohm digital step attenuator (DSA) spanning a frequency range of 1 to 2500 MHz. The PE4314 offers 6-bit resolution with 0.5 dB steps providing 31.5 dB attenuation range. Its low distortion characteristics and 75 ohm circuit optimization make it ideal for CATV and multi-carrier applications. This DSA features Peregrine’s Glitch-less technology reducing attenuation state transitions to <0.5 dB.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the TGL2927-SM, a 200 W (pulsed) limiter for radar applications in the 2 to 4 GHz band. Manufactured by Qorvo using VPIN technology, the TGL2927-SM offers low insertion loss of <0.6 dB with a high return loss of 15 dB. With a low flat leakage rate of <18 dBm, this limiter protects receive chains in both commercial and military S-band radar.

Configured as a transmission line transformer, it covers a frequency range of 45 to 1200 MHz with superior insertion loss of 0.4 to 0.6 dB across this band width thereby supporting applications where power and noise figure are critical in the circuit design.
Pickering Interfaces announced the launch of a high-density 2 amp PXI relay module. 2 amp PXI relay module (model 40-100) – configured with 83 SPDT relays, this relay module was originally designed for applications in aerospace and defense requiring a higher density 2 amp alternative to Pickering’s current 52 SPDT Module (model 40-139).
