SciTech Publishing Inc., Raleigh, NC, and Noble Publishing, Thomasville, GA, have reached an agreement whereby SciTech will acquire all assets of Noble. Closing is subject to standard terms and conditions. SciTech will assume operation of Noble on January 2, 2006.

Randall W. Rhea, founder of both Noble Publishing and Eagleware/Elanix Corp., recently acquired by Agilent Technologies Inc., said "SciTech's publishing skills and knowledge of world-wide marketing channels will be good for both customers and Noble's impressive list of authors. I look forward to the expanded distribution of Noble Products."
