Z-Communications Inc. announced the RFSW30 general-purpose single-pole, double throw (SPDT) switch. The RFSW30 features low insertion loss of -3 dB over the entire frequency range of 9 kHz to 30 GHz, and high input linearity of 1 dB power compression (P1dB) of 28 dBm.
