Analog Devices has developed the ADAR3000 and ADR3001 beamformer integrated circuits (BFIC). These highly integrated, low-power BFICs are the first commercially available 4-beam/16-channel that support the K-/Ka-Band satcom bands— both terminal and satellite applications. Each channel contains a programmable step attenuator and programmable time delay for beam steering and draws less than 12 mW/channel. The BFICs have memory to support quick and efficient beam state selection via program control over the SPI bus which supports beam hopping and scanning.

Comtech PST High-Power Amps for X-Band Radar Applications

19 Inch Rack-Mount SSPAs: 0.5 to 31 GHz
Designed for wide or narrow band linear applications covering UHF through Ka-Bands and are ideal for commercial, industrial and military applications. Units have cooling fans and heat sinks, EMI/RFI filter, built-in regulator and/or sequential bias circuit for protection. Output power monitor, RF connectors, waveguide input or output, alarm circuitry, attenuator or DC-DC converters are optional. Any of CTT’s standard SSPAs can be supplied in rack-mount configurations including multiple amplifiers within one assembly.
I- and Ka-Band Integrated Stabilized RF Sources
Integrated stabilized RF sources (ISRFS) designed for radars, radar simulation, ECM, EW threat simulation, test and measurement. dB Control designs and manufactures ISRFS units: dB-9003 (8 to 12 GHz and 30 to 36 GHz) and dB-9005 (30 to 36 GHz) which are customizable. Featuring four types of modulation (AM, FM, Pm and Pulse), high accuracy and wide temperature operating ranges. They can be controlled and set up with a digital port.
Lightweight, Ka-Band, GaN HPA
Operating from 27.5 GHz to 31 GHz the ERZ HPA-2700-3100-43 high performance amplifier (HPA) uses the latest GaN technology to consistently deliver an output power of 15 W at saturation and close to 10 W with an ACPR of -30 dBc under QPSK modulation. The module measures just 131 x 100 x 33 mm and weighs less than 0.5 kg. Power consumption is also low at 115 W at saturation. It is a rugged and reliable airborne-ready GaN device that is able to replace legacy TWT amplifiers formerly perceived as the only solution at these frequencies.

Other frequency ranges and power levels available all providing Superb Pulse Fidelity. Up to 100 usec pulse widths, up to 6 percent duty cycles with a minimum 66 dB gain.
